Who We Are

For North End by North End

The North End Community Collective is a volunteer-led organization connecting neighbors, sharing resources, and building a stronger North End community in St. Paul, Minnesota, through mutual aid, community care, and neighborhood action

The North End Community Collective (NECC) was born as 8 concerned neighbors getting together in November 2025 on the eve of Operation Metro Surge.

Since then, we’ve grown to over 300 members and have established groups conducting North End ICE Watch, School Patrol, Community Care, and establishing the North End Giving Fund to assist neighbors affected by ICE with rent, utilities, and other needs.

We bring North End neighbors together to build community, share resources, support one another, and create a stronger, more resilient neighborhood.

NECC welcomes and invites in people of all backgrounds, races, genders, abilities, creeds, and identities. We work to make sure every voice is heard. We are committed to focusing, centering and advocating for marginalized neighbors, and we recognize that many of our neighbors come from a disadvantaged status. As such, we work toward building a stronger, more resilient North End. We are committed to improving neighborhood resilience by volunteering time, amplifying voices, and mobilizing fundraising.
